Refund and Return Policy for Mattress and Bed Factory

At Good Knight Bedding, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. We understand that sometimes, circumstances might lead you to consider returning or seeking a refund for your purchase. To ensure a smooth and transparent process, we have outlined our refund and return policy below:

1. Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with the comfort of the bed you purchased, you may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • The product must be unused, clean, and free from any signs of damage or wear.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.
  • We only issue credits to the value of the purchase that can be used to find something else from our shop.

2. Credits: Upon receiving the returned product and inspecting it to ensure it meets the return conditions, we will initiate the credit process. The credit will be issued to you to be used at our store only.

  • Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
  • The refund amount will exclude any applicable restocking fees (if specified in your purchase agreement).

3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer service team on WhatsApp number 060 438 1427 to inform them about your intent to return the product. Should it be for a fault please send a picture of the original invoice and photo of the fault to be analysed before an inspection is set up.

b. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

c. Pack the product securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

d. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team or request a collection at a standard delivery fee payable by the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package is successfully delivered. e. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process.

4. Exceptions: Certain items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. These items include custom-made products, personalized items, and products that are explicitly labeled as non-returnable on our website or in-store.

5. Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a repair, depending on the circumstances. Please provide photographs of the damage or defect to expedite the process.

6. Warranty: Our products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects. The periods are stated on the beds. Please refer to our separate warranty policy for more information.
